1. About Lagani Sikshya

Lagani Sikshya is an online learning and digital ebook platform focused on stock market, finance, and investment education. The platform is operated as a product of Abilash Media Private Limited, Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal, which also operates Nepse Bajar.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for accessing our website, reader, ebooks, account features, payment flow, affiliate features, support services, and related platform tools. By visiting, registering, purchasing, or using any part of Lagani Sikshya, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not create an account, purchase content, or use the platform.

5. Device Access and Security Controls

Lagani Sikshya may limit account access by device, browser, session, IP pattern, or other security signals. These controls help protect paid content and reduce unauthorized sharing.

A device limit, login verification, reader restriction, watermark, download restriction, or temporary security block does not remove your obligation to follow these terms. If you lose access because of a genuine device change or security issue, contact support from your account area where available.

6. Payments, Orders, and Access

Prices, offers, discounts, coupons, and product availability may change from time to time. The final payable amount will be shown during checkout before payment submission.

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. We may receive payment status, transaction references, payer details, and order confirmation data from those providers. Access to purchased content is normally granted after payment is verified.

If an order is pending, failed, reversed, disputed, suspected of fraud, or manually rejected, we may delay or remove access until the issue is resolved.

7. No Refund Policy

All sales of digital ebooks and platform access on Lagani Sikshya are final and non-refundable.

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation and can be accessed instantly through our secure reader, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is complete.

We may review correction requests in exceptional cases, such as verified duplicate payments for the same item or technical delivery failures caused solely by our platform. In such cases, please contact support within 24 hours of purchase with proof of payment. Any adjustment is at our sole discretion.

No refunds or credits will be provided for accounts that are suspended or banned due to violations of our Security, Anti-Piracy, or User Conduct policies.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use Lagani Sikshya lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Attempt to bypass authentication, payment, device, watermarking, or reader protections.
• Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated readers, or extraction tools without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, attack, overload, scan, or interfere with platform systems.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, payment status, or order details.

9. Reviews, Comments, and User Content

If the platform allows reviews, messages, support requests, profile details, affiliate information, or other submissions, you are responsible for what you provide. You must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, false, harmful, spammy, or infringes another person's rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the platform, harmed other users, attempted piracy, submitted false information, caused payment disputes, or used the service unlawfully.

Where appropriate, we may provide a reason or an opportunity to contact support. Serious violations may result in immediate permanent suspension without refund.
